The New York Giants are now valued at $10.8 billion as the Tisch family seeks to transfer their 23.1% equity stake to a children’s trust, according to an NFL memo.
The move would relinquish all ownership interest by siblings Steve, Jonathan, and Laurie Tisch. The valuation aligns closely with Julia Koch’s October 2025 purchase of a 10% stake at $10.3 billion.
The timing coincides with renewed scrutiny of Steve Tisch’s past association with Jeffrey Epstein. His name appeared over 400 times in recently released Justice Department documents tied to the Epstein investigation. Tisch admitted to limited contact-exchanging emails about movies, philanthropy, investments, and “adult women”-but denied visiting Epstein’s private island.
NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell confirmed the league will review Tisch’s conduct under its personal conduct policy, stating, “We’ll take one step at a time. Let’s get the facts first.”
The Tisch family has co-owned the Giants with the Mara family since 1991.
