Leeds United manager Daniel Farke has been given a one-match suspension and fined £8,000 by the Football Association. The penalty stems from confronting match officials after their recent Premier League defeat to Manchester City.
Following the 1-0 loss, Farke entered the field of play to address the referee, an action that resulted in a red card. The FA stated Farke admitted to the charge and accepted the standard sanctions.
Leeds United currently sits 15th in the league standings and is preparing to host Norwich City in the FA Cup.
