The entire 2026 NFL schedule is out, and sportsbooks have posted regular-season win totals for all 32 teams. Strength of schedule, free-agent moves, and draft picks are shaping the odds.

The Baltimore Ravens, despite an 8-9 record in 2025, have a win total of 11.5, reflecting Lamar Jackson's return to health and key additions like Trey Hendrickson.

The Chicago Bears, after an 11-win season, have the toughest schedule, dropping their over/under to 9.5. The Cincinnati Bengals, with Joe Burrow healthy and a weak schedule, are projected at 9.5. The Kansas City Chiefs, after a 6-win season due to Patrick Mahomes' ACL injury, are set at 10.5.

The Detroit Lions, after a disappointing 9-8 season, have a 10.5 win total thanks to the sixth-easiest schedule. The Los Angeles Rams, Super Bowl favorites at +800, are set at 10.5 with the addition of Trent McDuffie.

The Denver Broncos, who led the league with 14 wins, are projected at 9.5 due to their record 11 one-possession victories. The New England Patriots, coming off a Super Bowl appearance, also sit at 9.5 with a tougher schedule.

The Miami Dolphins and Arizona Cardinals share the lowest win total at 4.5. The Dolphins are in a rebuild after trading key players. The Cardinals won just three games in 2025 and face the fourth-hardest schedule.
