NASCAR's Jack Links 500 is set for Sunday at Talladega Superspeedway, expecting 100,000 fans to witness 41 drivers compete on the league's largest track.

Track officials highlight the venue's charm, attributing it to unpredictable pack racing at speeds exceeding 200 mph. The 2.66-mile track requires drivers to complete 188 laps for the 500-mile race.
"Everything's just a little bit bigger here at Talladega, and that's how we like it," said Josh Harris, Regional President at Talladega Superspeedway. The Jack Links 500 is the tenth race in the 2026 NASCAR Cup Series, with drivers vying for playoff spots.

Fans have been camping outside and in the infield all week, taking advantage of the warm weather. The track is known for its challenging 33-degree banking in its four turns, the steepest in stock car racing, engineered to allow high speeds without losing traction.
Drivers begin qualifying Saturday to secure their starting positions for Sunday's race.
