Tiger Woods was arrested and charged with driving under the influence following a minor car crash in Florida. Authorities suspect impairment from medication or drugs but lack definitive evidence due to Florida law allowing refusal of urine tests.

The incident occurred on a narrow two-lane road, with neither Woods nor the other driver injured. Officials noted the outcome could have been far worse given the road conditions. President Donald Trump expressed concern, calling Woods an amazing person.

This arrest comes five years after Woods' severe 2021 California crash, which required multiple surgeries and extensive rehabilitation. Despite setbacks, Woods returned to golf, most recently competing in the TGL league finals. His participation in next month's Masters remains uncertain.

Woods, a five-time Masters champion and record-holder of 82 PGA Tour victories, last made the cut at the 2024 Masters.
