WWE star Liv Morgan sustained a head injury during Monday Night Raw after being pushed into stablemate Roxanne Perez and thrown into a television by rival Stephanie Vaquer. The incident occurred during a quick backstage segment when Vaquer interrupted Morgan's attempt to thank Perez for helping fend her off previously.

Both wrestlers appeared to bump heads during the shove, with Morgan posting photos on X showing the resulting bump. Perez also shared images of herself icing her head following the incident.

The Wrestling Observer reported both competitors entered concussion protocol following the segment. Vaquer currently holds the Women's World Championship, having won the vacated belt at Wrestlepalooza in September after defeating Iyo Sky.

Morgan previously held the title from May 2024 to January 2025 before losing to Rhea Ripley on Raw's Netflix premiere. The WrestleMania 42 championship match between Morgan and Vaquer remains scheduled despite the injuries.
