The comment references McGregor's sudden leg injury suffered during his UFC 329 fight against Max Holloway in Las Vegas. McGregor was forced to withdraw in the first round after the injury, his first fight in five years.
McGregor later expressed shock on social media, stating the injury "came out of nowhere" and describing the aftermath as "hell."
