Hayden AI has filed a 21-page civil complaint against its former CEO, alleging he committed financial fraud and misrepresented his professional background. The lawsuit claims the ex-CEO surreptitiously sold over $1.2 million in company stock without board approval to fund personal purchases, including a luxury home and a "gold Bentley Continental."

By July, the company initiated an investigation. The following month, as he was being excluded from key decisions, the ex-CEO allegedly asked an employee to download his entire 41GB email file onto a USB stick, reportedly containing proprietary information. Hayden AI terminated his employment on September 10, 2024, shortly after he registered the echotwin.ai domain name.

Beyond the alleged financial misconduct, Hayden AI claims the ex-CEO's entire professional history, including his US military service and founding of "Louisa Manufacturing," is fabricated. The complaint states his CV is a "carefully constructed fraud," asserting he does not hold a doctorate from Waseda University as claimed, but was instead operating a paintball business in Florida in 2007.
