The plan includes an "AI+ action plan" and specific measures like using robots for labor-shortage sectors and deploying AI agents for minimal human guidance. Beijing intends to boost productivity in manufacturing, logistics, education, and healthcare.
Investments will also target quantum computing, 6G, embodied AI, and machine-brain interfaces. China also pledges advancements in nuclear fusion, reusable rockets, space-earth quantum communication, and lunar research stations, aiming to become a global R&D leader.
