Copado Inc. has launched Agentia, a new artificial intelligence solution designed to embed context-aware AI agents directly into Salesforce.
This innovation integrates AI agents into the software delivery lifecycle, enabling them to autonomously generate code, execute tests, and diagnose failures.
Copado believes this evolution from DevOps to 'AgentOps' represents a new pattern for autonomous decision-making in software delivery. Agentia provides a foundation for Salesforce DevOps to reliably utilize agentic AI.

The company has moved beyond simple assistants to agentic AI, where specialized agents cooperate with humans in operational workflows.
Agentia features a hub for understanding Salesforce dependencies, pipelines, and history. It also includes specialized agents and an orchestration agent to manage workflows. Developers can use Agentia Studio to design and customize agents for specific tasks within Salesforce.
