Gumloop Inc., a company revolutionizing AI agent creation for non-technical professionals, has successfully raised $50 million in a Series B funding round. Benchmark led the investment, with significant participation from Shopify Ventures and Y Combinator.

The startup's platform offers a user-friendly, drag-and-drop interface, allowing individuals to define AI models and task descriptions in natural language. Agents can be integrated with numerous third-party applications through a library of hundreds of pre-built connectors.

Gumloop's system enables users to enhance agent capabilities with custom "Skills" and link multiple agents into comprehensive automation workflows. These workflows can also integrate with cloud services.

An accompanying Chrome extension allows users to seamlessly upload data from web pages into automation workflows. Administrators can manage agent security and data access through Gumstack, which includes features for defining cybersecurity rules and managing sensitive credentials.

Gumloop plans to utilize the new funding to expand its team and accelerate product development.
