Public safety technology firm Multitude Insights announced a $10 million early-stage funding round. The capital will scale its artificial intelligence platform, BLTN, designed to analyze and distribute critical information across law enforcement jurisdictions.

BLTN, pronounced "bulletin," serves as the atomic unit for intelligence on suspects, missing persons, and dangerous situations. It aims to replace outdated systems that hinder real-time information exchange between agencies.

"Officers shouldn’t have to dig through emails or call neighboring departments," stated CEO Matt White. "These professionals are most effective when they’re out in the community, not stuck behind a computer."

Multitude Insights emphasizes BLTN's role in surfacing patterns and connections, with final judgment always resting with human officers. The platform provides transparency on data sources and link strength to prevent AI drift and hallucinations.

The Series A round was led by Primary Venture Partners, with participation from several other venture capital firms. The funding will support platform integrations, agency adoption, and enhance collaborative, proactive law enforcement operations.
