Nutanix Inc. today launched Nutanix Agentic AI, a software platform designed to scale enterprise deployment of autonomous AI agents while reducing token-based operational costs.
Unlike static chatbots, agentic AI performs multi-step reasoning, executes long-term tasks, and operates with minimal human oversight-demanding infrastructure optimized for high concurrency, low latency, and strict compliance.
The solution builds on Nutanix’s AHV hypervisor and Flow Virtual Networking, adding Kubernetes-native AI platform-as-a-service layers and integration with NVIDIA’s agent builder and Nemotron models.
BlueField data processing units accelerate networking and cut host compute overhead. Prebuilt developer tools-including Notebooks, vector databases, and MLOps engines-enable safe sandboxed iteration before production.
