A startup, Niobium Microsystems Inc., introduces 'The Fog', the first platform to leverage Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) for secure cloud AI. 'The Fog' includes a faster 'mistic Core' chip and templates for semantic search, federated learning, and machine learning classification.
