Leonid Radvinsky, the reclusive billionaire who transformed OnlyFans into a multibillion-dollar enterprise, has died at 43 from cancer. An OnlyFans spokesperson confirmed, “Leo passed away peacefully after a long battle.”
Radvinsky, a Ukrainian-American entrepreneur, purchased a 75% stake in OnlyFans' parent company, Fenix International, in 2018. Under his leadership, the platform grew to 377 million users and 4.6 million creators, generating $1.4 billion in revenue in 2024.
He held a degree in economics from Northwestern University and had a net worth of $3.8 billion. Radvinsky was also a venture capitalist and philanthropist, supporting cancer research and open-source projects.
