Israel launched a heavy wave of air and artillery strikes across southern and eastern Lebanon, vowing to intensify military action against Hezbollah. The Israeli military said it struck over 100 Hezbollah infrastructure sites and fighters, one of the heaviest nights since a US-brokered ceasefire began in April.

Strikes in the Bekaa Valley village of Mashghara killed 11 people, including two children, according to Lebanon's health ministry. The military said it targeted sites where "terrorist activity" was identified.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said he ordered the military to "press the pedal even harder" in response to Hezbollah's attacks, including the use of fiber-optic drones. He vowed to "deal them a crushing blow."

The Israeli military also struck over 90 weapons storage facilities and command centers in southern Lebanon. Hezbollah retaliated by targeting three Israeli barracks and a military post. The ceasefire remains fragile, with both sides accusing each other of violations. Since the conflict began on March 2, Israeli military losses stand at 23, while Lebanese health officials report over 3,185 deaths.
