A major Russian overnight assault across Ukraine has left at least four people dead and multiple others wounded, local officials confirmed Tuesday.
In Dnipro, four people were killed-including a 73-year-old woman-and five wounded. In Kharkiv, eight people were injured, and in Kyiv, four were hurt as ballistic missiles struck the capital. Two high-rise apartment buildings were hit in Kyiv, and there are fears some remain trapped under the rubble.
Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko urged residents to stay in shelters. President Zelenskyy had warned late Monday that intelligence pointed to a massive Russian strike being prepared.
