The family of 19-year-old Palestinian-American Nasrallah Abu Siyam is demanding accountability after he was shot and killed in the occupied West Bank. Abu Siyam, a US citizen born in Philadelphia, was among villagers attempting to prevent armed settlers from stealing goats. During a confrontation involving stone-throwing, settlers reportedly fired on residents, fatally striking Abu Siyam.

His cousin described the killing as "cold blood" with "impunity completely." This incident marks the sixth American citizen killed by Israeli settlers or soldiers in the territory in the past two years. The Israeli embassy stated the incident is under review, and the US State Department confirmed awareness and is monitoring the situation. The Israeli Defense Forces reported no IDF fire during the incident but confirmed an ongoing review.
