Iran's Revolutionary Guards issued a direct threat to major US technology companies on Tuesday. The military force warned firms like Apple, Google, and Meta they would face 'reciprocal action' if more Iranian leaders were killed in targeted assassinations.
The statement, listing 18 companies, alleged these tech giants are the 'main element in designing and tracking assassination targets.' It advised employees to immediately leave their workplaces to preserve their lives. The threat comes amid ongoing conflict, with the US and Israel having already killed several top Iranian officials, including Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei. Iran's army also reported drone strikes on communications and industrial centers in Israel, targeting sites linked to companies like Siemens and AT&T.
