President Zelenskyy urged Western partners to prioritize boosting air defense missile production, particularly those capable of countering ballistic threats, to counter the escalating threat from Russia. He also highlighted Kyiv's pending drone production agreement with the U.S. and criticized a recent U.S. waiver on Russian oil sanctions, estimating it could provide Russia with $10 billion for the war.
