Zelenskyy accused Moscow of deliberately striking on the day of US President Donald Trump's visit to China, calling it no coincidence. He urged Trump to discuss ending the invasion with Chinese leader Xi Jinping.

In Rivne, three were killed and four wounded. One died in Zaporizhzhia, two in Kherson. Odesa, Khmelnytskyi, and Cherkasy reported injuries. In Russia, Ukrainian attacks killed two in the Bryansk region.
