In Chernihiv, which borders Belarus and Russia, Governor Viacheslav Chaus said widespread outages followed a separate drone attack. Repair crews are working to restore electricity.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stressed the need for “clear dates” on a proposed trilateral meeting with US and Russian representatives, warning that eased US sanctions on Russian energy boost Moscow’s war funding.
