At least 13 people, including four women and a child, have been killed in Israeli air strikes on southern Lebanon, the Lebanese health ministry reports.

Two women and a child were among eight killed in Haboush, Nabatieh district, after the IDF issued an evacuation order. Four others were killed in Zrarieh, Sidon district, and another in Ain Baal, Tyre district. In total, 32 were injured.

Fighting continues despite a three-week ceasefire extension announced by President Trump on April 23. Hezbollah says it targeted Israeli soldiers and military vehicles on Saturday. The IDF reports one soldier killed Thursday, bringing the total to 17 since early March.

Since early March, 2,586 people have been killed in Lebanon, including 103 health care workers. The IDF says it has conducted around 50 strikes in the last day on southern Lebanon.
