Over 1 million Singaporean households living in Housing Development Board flats will receive U-Save and Service & Conservancy Charges rebates in April under the permanent GST Voucher scheme.
The Ministry of Finance announced eligible households will receive up to S$190 worth of GSTV-U-Save rebates depending on their flat type, plus up to one month of S&CC rebates.
Additional U-Save rebates will also be provided in April and July beyond regular quarterly payments to help households manage utilities expenses. Total annual rebates could reach S$570 for U-Save and up to 3.5 months for S&CC.
No action required from recipients as payments go directly to utility and town council accounts.
