The Every Body Knows Fair 2026 is set to launch this weekend at Takashimaya Square, offering a comprehensive program of live fitness demonstrations, expert health and nutrition discussions, entertainment, and celebrity meet-and-greets.
Running from Friday, March 6, to Sunday, March 8, from 10 AM to 9:30 PM, the event provides free public admission. Attendees can participate in sessions, conducted in English and Chinese, led by medical professionals covering topics from gut health and pain management to mental wellness and active aging.
Radio personalities and Mediacorp artistes will join various segments throughout the weekend. The fair will also feature parkour performances, fitness challenges, and live music. Visitors can explore deals from over 20 health and wellness brands, with potential goody bags for shoppers meeting a minimum spend.
Special appearances are scheduled from Mediacorp artistes and cast members of popular shows, including 'King Of Culinary: The Comeback' and 'I Went Viral On A Train'.
