The recall tied to powdered milk from California Dairies, Inc. continues to grow. The FDA and USDA's Food Safety and Inspection Service issued the initial warning on April 30, citing potential salmonella contamination. The list of affected products, which includes frozen pizzas, trail mixes, chips, and seasoning blends, has expanded to items sold at Aldi, Walmart, Target, QVC, and Williams Sonoma.

Affected brands include Fisher, Great Value, Mama Cozzi's, Ghirardelli, Utz, and Pork King Good. Consumers should check lot codes and best-by dates: frozen pizzas, popcorn seasoning, cheese curds, nut mixes, potato chips, and powdered beverage mixes are all impacted.

Salmonella symptoms-diarrhea, fever, stomach cramps-appear six hours to six days after exposure. Most healthy individuals recover within a week, but children under 5, adults over 65, and immunocompromised persons may require medical attention. Customers are advised to discard the products or return them for a refund.
