Two runners at the Boston Marathon put their personal bests aside to help a fellow competitor, Ajay Haridasse, who collapsed just meters from the finish line. Aaron Beggs and Robson De Oliveira aided Haridasse, a student at Northeastern University, in completing the race.

Beggs described seeing Haridasse fall and felt an instinct to help. De Oliveira joined Beggs, and together they supported Haridasse to the finish. Haridasse expressed immense gratitude, noting that the two runners sacrificed their own race times. De Oliveira stated it was a split-second decision, emphasizing that they were stronger together. The trio's combined effort ensures they qualified for next year's race, forging a lasting bond. This act embodies the spirit of the Boston Marathon, providing a feel-good story for all involved.
