WWE Hall of Famer Booker T is set for Season 3 of "WWE Legends and Future Greats (LFG)," a show where wrestling veterans mentor prospects. This season adopts an individual competition format, with coaches Booker T, Bubba Ray Dudley, Kevin Owens, and Nattie Neidhart guiding the talent.
Booker T highlighted the new format, stating, "It’s all about the talent really competing against themselves. Going out there and trying to make the grade, trying to make it to the next level and it’s a sink or swim deal."
He stressed that while physical skills are important, the core element for success in professional wrestling is understanding its psychology. "It is only one thing that is going to get them to the next level and that’s understanding the psychology of professional wrestling," Booker T explained. He contrasted knowing moves with truly connecting with an audience, citing the emotional impact of main events like Roman Reigns vs. CM Punk at WrestleMania 42.
