MONACO - Kimi Antonelli delivered a masterclass at the Monaco Grand Prix on Sunday, becoming the youngest winner in the race's history. The 19-year-old Italian driver dominated from start to finish, building a lead so commanding that Mercedes team principal Toto Wolff told him to slow down.

Antonelli started from pole and quickly pulled away, setting fastest lap after fastest lap. Even after two safety cars and a red flag-caused by crashes involving Lance Stroll and Charles Leclerc-he remained composed. On the restart, with seven-time champion Lewis Hamilton alongside, Antonelli held his nerve and won by 6.271 seconds.

Wolff described his performance as "unbelievable," noting Antonelli was at times 1.5 seconds quicker than anyone else. The young driver nearly won the previous race in Spain and now has five consecutive wins. He credited his calm under pressure to lessons learned from last season's struggles.

Antonelli's victory eclipses Hamilton's record as the youngest Monaco winner, set in 2008 when Hamilton was 23. The British driver, now 41, congratulated his former team, saying, "My old family, they've done it again."
