The Nuerburgring 24 Hours has sold out multi-day tickets for the first time in its history, driven by the debut of four-time Formula One world champion Max Verstappen.
Red Bull's Verstappen is using a weekend off from F1 to race a Mercedes-AMG GT3 at the daunting German track, sharing the Team Verstappen Racing car with Dani Juncadella, Jules Gounon, and Lucas Auer.
"Weekend tickets sold out. For the first time in the history of the ADAC Ravenol 24h Nuerburgring," the circuit announced on X, warning fans not to travel without a valid ticket.
The 28-year-old Dutch driver, winner of 71 grands prix, has been preparing with practice runs and impressed in qualifying. The race, held since 1970, covers a 25-km loop combining the classic Nordschleife with the modern GP circuit.
