Defending champion Jannik Sinner ended Novak Djokovic's latest bid for a record 25th Grand Slam title. The Italian won in straight sets, 6-4, 6-4, 6-4, to advance to the Wimbledon final.

Sinner dominated with his serve, hitting 16 aces and facing no break points for nearly two hours. Djokovic, the seventh seed, said Sinner was "at cruising speed" and he "could not catch him."

This marks a fifth loss in Djokovic's last six Grand Slam semi-finals. The 39-year-old Serb's quest to break Margaret Court's all-time record continues.

In the other semi-final, second seed Alexander Zverev ended the run of British wildcard Arthur Fery. Zverev won 7-6(0), 6-2, 6-4 to become the first German men's finalist since Boris Becker in 1995.

Zverev is seeking to complete a French Open-Wimbledon double. He will face Sinner for the title on Sunday.
