Anduril Industries announced Wednesday it has signed an agreement to acquire ExoAnalytic Solutions, a national security company focused on space sensing, awareness, and missile defense.
This acquisition positions Anduril for a significant role in President Trump's 'Golden Dome' missile defense project, an initiative aiming to create a space-based shield against ballistic, cruise, and hypersonic missiles.
ExoAnalytic operates a global network of over 400 telescope systems, providing persistent, high-fidelity tracking of thousands of objects in orbit. The company also specializes in modeling, simulation, and software for classified national security space programs.
Anduril states the deal will integrate ExoAnalytic's sensor network and data analytics with its own expertise in autonomy and command and control, advancing its work in space sensing, tracking, battle management, and fire control. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed and are subject to regulatory approvals.
