AI-driven workflows are reshaping enterprise execution, shifting from isolated automation to intelligence embedded directly into everyday operations. Atlassian Corp.'s platform evolution reflects this trend, connecting agents, applications, and knowledge into a unified layer.
"If something's broken or needlessly complex, don't just grumble. Fix it," said Mike Cannon-Brookes, co-founder and CEO of Atlassian. The event in Anaheim, California, explores how enterprises restructure operations around AI-infused processes, moving beyond standalone systems.
Governance is emerging as a key requirement. "As AI becomes embedded across the software lifecycle, governance isn't optional, it's foundational," said Paul Nashawaty of theCUBE Research. Atlassian's partnerships, including with Google Cloud, aim to reduce fragmentation while enabling team collaboration.
"With Google Cloud, we're co-engineering the infrastructure and AI agents that teams will rely on," said Jamil Valliani, head of product for AI at Atlassian. Integration complexity remains a barrier, but the focus is on embedding AI directly into the flow of work.
