Innovative Scientific Solutions, a healthcare firm, has disclosed a cybersecurity incident affecting 143,842 individuals. The breach, involving a network server, was discovered last September, but the company only confirmed in March that files containing personal information were accessed or acquired by an unauthorized third party.

Potentially exposed data includes names, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial account information, and medical records. Notifications began on April 7, 2026. The company has offered complimentary credit monitoring to affected individuals and says it is reviewing its cybersecurity practices. No evidence of fraud has been reported so far.
