Leonid Radvinsky, the Ukrainian-American entrepreneur who owned the adult content platform OnlyFans, has died at 43 from cancer.
The company confirmed his death in a statement, describing it as a peaceful passing after a long battle with the disease. His family has asked for privacy.
Radvinsky acquired Fenix International Limited, the parent company of OnlyFans, in 2018 and served as its director and majority shareholder. He also founded Leo, a venture capital fund focused on technology investments.
OnlyFans, launched in 2016 by British entrepreneur Tim Stokely, saw massive growth during the pandemic as creators and consumers turned to online platforms.
In January, reports suggested the company was exploring a $5.5 billion sale to Architect Capital. The platform's financial success led to significant personal gains for Radvinsky, including £522 million in dividends in 2024.
OnlyFans reported a 13% increase in creator accounts to 4.6 million, reflecting its global impact on digital content creation.
