British Airways has extended flight cancellations to Amman, Bahrain, Dubai, and Tel Aviv through 31 May, with Doha services suspended until 30 April. The move follows ongoing airspace disruptions across the Middle East due to regional conflict.
The airline cites "airspace instability" and remains in contact with affected passengers. Relief flights from Muscat and added capacity via Singapore and Bangkok aim to ease passenger disruptions.
Qatar Airways is operating a limited schedule from Doha following regulatory approval, while UAE carriers including Emirates and Etihad saw setbacks after a drone incident near Dubai Airport.
Other major airlines continue adjustments: Lufthansa Group, KLM, Air France, Turkish Airlines, and Air Canada have suspended or rerouted flights to affected hubs. IndiGo, Philippine Airlines, and Wizz Air maintain suspensions across Gulf and Levant destinations.
Oman Air operates normally but with select route cancellations. Air India has added 36 flights to Europe and North America to offset reduced Middle East connectivity.
