A new podcast series, ‘The Silent Pandemic’, has launched to tackle the growing crisis of antimicrobial resistance (AMR). The series, hosted by Catherine Glass and Glenda Gray, begins with a quickfire episode setting the stage for a deeper exploration of AMR's scientific, scale, and profound impact on child health.

Glenda Gray, a leading figure in infectious disease research and Chief Scientific Officer of the South African Medical Research Council, is a key voice in this initiative. She also chairs the Global Antibiotic Research and Development Partnership (GARDP), highlighting the global effort required to combat AMR.
