The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has issued a recall for two male-enhancement chocolate products sold by California-based Gear Isle. The agency says the chocolates contain undeclared pharmaceutical ingredients-sildenafil and tadalafil.

These active ingredients can interact with nitrates found in prescription heart medications, potentially causing a life-threatening drop in blood pressure. Adult males with cardiac conditions are considered most at risk.

The recalled products are the Gold Lion Aphrodisiac Chocolate Male Enhancement Sachet and the ilum Sex Chocolate Male Sexual Enhancement Booster. Both were distributed nationwide via internet sales.

Gear Isle is arranging returns and refunds. No reports of illness or death have been linked to the recall. Consumers with these products should stop using them immediately.
