Montreal-based Lufa Farms has issued a recall for its broccoli microgreens over possible E. coli contamination, according to the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. The affected 50-gram packs were sold between April 20 and May 8 in Ontario, Quebec, and online.

The CFIA warns consumers not to eat the product and advises returning or throwing it away. No illnesses have been reported. Signs of E. coli include nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps, and diarrhea. In severe cases, it can be fatal. The agency is investigating and says additional recalls may follow.
