Supplemental Security Income payments for April 2026 will be distributed on Wednesday, April 1.

SSI disbursements typically occur on the first of the month, but are advanced when that date falls on a weekend or holiday. In 2026, four consecutive monthly payments - April through July - will land on the 1st. The August payment, however, will be issued early on Friday, July 31, because August 1 is a Saturday.
