President Donald Trump remains in “excellent health,” according to his physician, following his annual medical exam at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. Captain Sean Barbabella, the president's official doctor, released a memo Friday stating Trump is fully fit to serve as Commander-in-Chief.

The exam included cardiac, respiratory, neurological, and overall physical assessments. Barbabella noted that Trump’s demanding schedule and regular activity support his well-being, and that his cognitive and physical performance are excellent.

Trump weighed in at 238 pounds, up from last year. The doctor provided guidance on diet and continued weight loss.
