The 27-year-old guard, the 2017 NBA draft’s No. 1 pick, returns after a two-year absence, averaging 9.8 points and 5.3 assists in six games with Raptors 905. Fultz had previously played for Philadelphia, Orlando, and Sacramento in the NBA.
