Brady Martin scored with 25.8 seconds left in overtime as the Soo Greyhounds defeated the London Knights 3-2 to take a 2-0 series lead in their OHL playoff matchup.

Martin, a Nashville Predators prospect, fired a shot into the London net after receiving a drop pass from Marco Mignosa in the slot. Mignosa, the Greyhounds' regular-season MVP, had a goal and two assists and was named first star.

The Knights overcame a 2-0 deficit to force overtime but couldn't complete the comeback. Chase Reid's one-timer put Sault Ste. Marie up 2-0 in the second period before London responded with goals from Braiden Clark and Evan Van Gorp.

Sault Ste. Marie outshot London 43-34. The series shifts to Sault Ste. Marie for Games 3 and 4 on March 31 and April 1.
