The Winnipeg Football Club has announced a record-breaking operating profit of $12.1 million for the 2025 fiscal year, marking its most profitable year to date. This financial success comes despite a less stellar on-field performance.
President & CEO Wade Miller attributed the results to a sold-out season, averaging over 33,000 fans per game, and the successful hosting of the 112th Grey Cup, which generated $6.3 million. The club experienced a complete sell-out streak of 14 consecutive home games dating back to August 2024.
The club invested $8.4 million in improvements at Princess Auto Stadium, including a new players' lounge, HVAC upgrades, enhanced security screening, and new concessions equipment. Two new video boards have also been installed.
Overall operating revenue climbed to $82.8 million in 2025, up from $54.8 million the previous year. The club has shown consistent profit growth since a $7 million loss in 2020.
