Costco has recalled its pre-made meatloaf meal kit, containing mashed Yukon potatoes and glaze, due to possible salmonella contamination.
The recall affects kits with sell-by dates between March 5 and March 16, sold at Costco locations from March 2 to March 13 across 28 states and territories.
The issue stems from an ingredient supplied by Griffith Foods Inc., which issued a separate recall. Symptoms of salmonella include diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting.
Consumers should not eat the product and can return it for a full refund at any Costco store.
