Tyson Fury has signaled his next fight will be in Dublin on August 1, serving as a warm-up before a highly anticipated heavyweight clash with fellow Briton Anthony Joshua in November.

The opponent for Fury's August bout has not yet been named, but promoter Frank Warren expects to announce it later this week.

Joshua is scheduled to fight Albanian Kristian Prenga in Riyadh on July 25. This will be Joshua's first bout since a car accident in December that killed two of his close friends.

Fury, a former world champion, posted a video on Instagram from training in Thailand with the caption: "Let's go August 1, Dublin, Ireland."

Warren emphasized that both fighters must win their respective bouts for the November showdown to happen.

Fury's last fight was a dominant points victory over Russia's Arslanbek Makhmudov on April 11.
